AUTOMATIC HEAVY BOARD PUNCHING SYSTEM

This machine is a very exceptional design for heavy weight board punching with production capacity more than 10,000 boards per hour in non-stop running. Systems consists of Automatic board feeder(DBF-320) and automatic punching machine(DBP-270). DBF-320 can be added later by option depending on the productivity requirement. DBF-320 has non-stop belt feeder and folding in half mechanism to supply the folded calendar board to the feeding stacks of DBP-270. DBP-270 is designed with rapidly straight feeding and punching mechanism to achieve maximum punching performance and productivity. DBP-270 is the optimum solutions of punching desk calendar board, note book board cover and other boards automatically in high productivity.
